Witness of Silence
Witness of Silence explores one of the quietest journeys we experience—the return to ourselves.
At its center, a human hand emerges, not as a gesture toward the world, but as the trace of an inner presence. Surrounding it, concentric layers of symbolic codices expand like thoughts, memories, and experiences that shape who we become. They do not reveal answers; they suggest the invisible language each person carries within.
The sculptural element stands before the painting as a silent threshold. It is not an obstacle, but an invitation to pause before entering a deeper dialogue with oneself.
The work proposes that silence is not the absence of sound. It is the place where external voices fade, allowing the most authentic conversation to begin—the one between ourselves and our inner being.
Rather than offering certainty, Witness of Silence creates a space for contemplation, where self-awareness emerges not through explanation, but through presence.
