Refund policy
At Cristina Gabriela Buzatu, every artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind creation, handcrafted with great care and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Because each piece is unique, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted.
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cristinajoelleart@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the damaged artwork
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Where appropriate, a replacement, restoration, or refund may be offered.
For Customers in the European Union
In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their artwork, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting cristinajoelleart@gmail.com with your order number and a written statement of your intention to withdraw.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within 14 days, using the original payment method.
Please note: this right of withdrawal applies to distance sales only and is governed by the laws of the European Union.
